KEEP YOUR HEAD UP! Bystanders, Police Rescue Horse After Falling into River

Bystanders who saw a horse fall into the Kings River in Fresno, California, and become tangled in wire in the water helped keep the animal's head above the water until sheriff's deputies could arrive to assist. Deputies on a boat were able to cut the wire restraining the horse and rescue it from the water.
