Bali to impose a tourist tax for visitors from 2024

Visitors heading to bail are set to be hit with a tourism tax from 2024. The levy of 150,000 Indonesian Rupiah, which is about around $15 AUD, will need to be paid on arrival by every international tourist. Bali's Governor said the money will go to protecting the island's environment and culture.
