UN chief urges Pyongyang to return to dialogue as U.S. official gives grim outlook

Speaking at a Security Council meeting on Thursday local time, the UN chief said the onus is on North Korea to comply with its international obligations and return to the negotiation table. Guterres added that the unlawful nuclear weapons program pursued by the regime is a clear and present danger, driving risks and geopolitical tensions to new heights.
