Kouri Richins’ legal team seeks months to review evidence | Dan Abrams Live

The Utah woman who wrote a children's book about grief after her husband's death, only to be eventually charged with his murder, was back in court Friday. Kouri Richins' defense attorneys argued there's so much evidence in the case, they're not anticipating being ready for trial until at least the start of next year. The judge set a November status hearing to decide whether that will happen and when a preliminary hearing will be held.
