Alzheimer's: Early hopes for slowing the disease with Donanemab

A new drug has been hailed as a turning point in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Phase 3 clinical trials of Donanemab have shown that the drug can slow down cognitive decline by up to 35%, but only if the disease is detected early on in its course.
