One month has passed since Jillian Ludwig, an 18-year-old college freshman, was fatally shot by a stray bullet in Nashville, Tennessee. The incident occurred while she was walking on a track near Belmont University's campus, and the bullet, originally intended for a passing car, missed and struck her in the head. In connection to the shooting, 29-year-old Shaquille Taylor has been arrested. But Taylor had been released from police custody due to being deemed unfit to stand trial for another violent crime.
