"Ukraine Downs Russian Su-25", Moscow Slams Western Support, Dam Attack To Affect Kyiv's Offensive?

Ukraine’s military has claimed that its forces have shot down a Russian Su-25 aircraft and four UAVs in the last 24 hours. However, the Ukrainian General Staff did not specify where its forces shot down the Soviet-era aircraft. Ukraine also said that its Air Force launched 20 missile strikes on various Russian manpower and equipment clusters. Ukraine claimed Russian forces launched 35 missile strikes, 41 airstrikes and 57 MLRS attacks in the last 24 hours. Kyiv said its forces killed over 880 Russian soldiers in the last 24 hours. Russia’s Foreign Ministry has slammed the Western support for Ukraine, saying that Kyiv won’t survive without its Western allies. Russia said Ukraine was blackmailing the world for assistance and “handouts”. The destruction of the Kakhovka dam in the Kherson region will affect Ukraine’s battle plans, a former Ukrainian official has said.
