Russia has questioned IAEA staff’s filming of checkpoints enroute the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP). Three employees reportedly filmed Russian checkpoints with their phones, and the incident was reported to the UN agency’s chief. Meanwhile, UN rebuked Moscow for denying it access to flood-hit Ukrainian areas.
