Tim O’Connor worked in the Irish Civil Service for most of his career, working in the Irish Diplomatic Service from 1979 to 2007. Much of his work was focused on the Northern Ireland Peace Process and he was a senior member of the Irish Government Team for the Good Friday Agreement talks. He also worked closely with Senator George Mitchell on the Review of the Agreement in 1999.
