Former Met Police DCI Mike Neville says we have “been failed everywhere” by managers of all institutions. This comes after ex-Met Police officer Adam Proven was jailed for rape after carrying out numerous attacks during his 16-year policing career. Mr Neville says: “Senior officers are interchangeable!
