Ukraine Downs 32 Shahed Drones, Kadyrov To Deploy Troops In Donetsk, 470 Russian Soldiers Killed

Ukraine said that its air defence units destroyed 32 Shahed attack drones in the last 24 hours. Kyiv said that Russia carried out 64 air strikes and a missile strike and over 88 MLRS attacks. Ukraine’s General Staff said that its defence forces repelled 22 enemy attacks in the Donetsk region in the last 24 hours. Ukraine said its forces killed some 470 Russian soldiers over the past day. Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has said that he has been ordered to redeploy his troops in the Donetsk region. The Wagner Group is using social media to recruit drone operators, medics and psychologists to participate in war, as per Politico. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not make any mention of the drone attack on Moscow in his evening address. The Ukrainian President thanked his air defence forces for repelling another night-time raid by Russian drones.
