ActionSA mulls legal action over Joburg fire

Former Johannesburg mayor and Action SA leader Herman Mashaba says the fire in the Joburg CBD on Thursday, highlights the country's lawlessness and the impact this has on job creation. 76 people were killed as the blaze swept through the derelict building. The building had been abandoned but was being occupied by homeless people. At this stage none of the authorities are saying why the building was even occupied. But Mashaba says such a disaster is as the result of a breakdown of the rule of law. #dstv403
