United States needs a fundamental ‘economic U-turn’: Marianne Williamson

US presidential candidate Marianne Williamson thanked President Joe Biden for defeating Donald Trump in the last election but stressed the country needs a “fundamental economic U-turn”. “What I am saying is nothing less than that will be enough, first of all, to stave off the kind of disasters that could be headed our way as a democracy and even as a species over the next decade or so if we don’t,” she told Sky News Australia. “Also I don’t think anything less than that will be enough to defeat the Republicans in 2024.”
