Frank Amodeo - The Real Story

#JusticeForAmodeo In 2009, the United States convicted Frank Amodeo of committing five tax-related crimes. All of which are contradicted by the physical and video evidence. In a scenario that should have been impossible, it started with the State of Florida having Mr. Amodeo declared incompetent due to his bi-polar disorder. This was then used by the United States Attorney’s office to push through his conviction by heavily and improperly medicating him in contradiction to medical directives; bringing him into a federal court hearing without his required government appointed guardian; and caused him to sign a plea agreement he was legally not permitted to sign nor mentally coherent enough to understand. In this presentation Mr. Amodeo walks viewers through these circumstances and more, as he steps forward in pursuit of factual innocence and fighting his way through a criminal justice system that demonstrates far more that a refusal to view the evidence.
