Andrew Tate: Some Women Make Accusations 'Whenever They Don't Get The Handbag They Want Controversial social media personality Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan arrived on Monday at a tribunal in Bucharest where judges were set to decide if the pair will remain under house arrest for another 30 days. A decision on whether the pair will remain under house arrest will be announced at midday today. Andrew Tate has been charged in Romania with rape, human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women, prosecutors have said. Prosecutors also filed charges against Tristan Tate and two Romanian women. Romanian officials arrested the Tates in December and indicted them last month. The brothers have since announced they are suing a woman, saying she falsely accused them of imprisoning her in Romania, leading to their arrest there on the charges.
