Christian apologists, such as Lydia McGrew, claim that little connections between the Gospels actually prove they are historical accounts of the life, deeds, and even the miracles of Jesus. Not only does this claim end up running against the last century of biblical studies, the methods are not sound. If we really want to follow the logic of "undesigned coincidences", we are just as well justified in believing in Buddhism and fantasy novels.
