Russia Blocks 12 HIMARS Rockets, Vital Chernihiv Road Blown Up, Macron Seeks NATO Roadmap For Kyiv

Russia's military has reportedly blown up a road linking Ukraine's Chernihiv and Russia's Bryansk region. The Kremlin said that it is “concerned” about Ukrainian shelling of Russia’s border region of Belgorod. Ukraine claims Russian forces unsuccessfully attempted to infiltrate Kharkiv Oblast through the border village of Zelene on May 31. Russia says it intercepted 12 HIMARS rockets, a Storm Shadow cruise missile and downed 11 Ukrainian drones over the past day. Meanwhile, Ukrainian Intelligence claims large-scale complexes for sorting military bodies are being built in Russia’s Kursk and Rostov regions. After the UK, now Germany said it considers Kyiv’s strikes on Russian territory with Ukrainian-made weapons legitimate from the standpoint of international law. Macron for the first time also called for Ukraine to be granted a NATO membership “path” in the upcoming Vilnius summit.
