Signal failure partly to blame for worst train crash in India in more than 20 years

A signal failure is partly to blame for the recent train crash in India which has been labelled the worst in more than 20 years. However, there are now broader concerns around the safety of the rail network with at least 275 people killed and more than 1,000 injured in the train crash. Officials and workers have been working to get the rails back online.
