Putin made 'big strategic mistake' says Nato as world leaders react to Wagner rebellion

China’s foreign ministry said it supported Russia in maintaining its national stability, without explicitly referring to Putin’s leadership. Mateusz Morawiecki, the Polish prime minister, said Belarusian and Russian leaders could do 'strange things' and Poland had seen such actions in 2021.
