Danny Masterson gives wife full custody of their daughter as he serves 30-year sentence for rape

Convicted rapist Danny Masterson has agreed to give his estranged wife, Bijou Phillips, custody of their daughter as he serves a 30-year prison sentence. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the “That ’70s Show” actor is allowing the “Raising Hope” alum to have both legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Fianna. Masterson has asked for visitation rights, which, if granted, would be given under supervision at the prison. In September, the 47-year-old actor was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for two rapes he committed in 2003.
