Russia Seizes Private Watercraft Amid 'Critical' Shortage In Kherson As Ukraine Raises Dnipro Fleet

Russian army veteran turned miliary blogger, Igor Girkin, has claimed that Moscow is running low on watercraft for its forces in the Kherson region. Girkin, in his recent Telegram post, termed the situation on the ground “critical” for Russia. As per Girkin, the situation is so dire that Russia has started seizing private boats and other water vessels.
