By now everyone is probably aware of the latest chapter in the ongoing and evolving saga surrounding David Weiss, the U.S. Attorney for Delaware and the man who had been ostensibly in charge of the Hunter Biden Investigation—his astonishing appointment as special counsel.
Mr. Weiss, the man who quite literally ran cover for Hunter and Joe Biden during the many years of investigation, has now been awarded special counsel counsel status in a move that will surely only serve to further run out the clock on statute-of-limitation charges and thwart the ongoing congressional investigations that have resulted in so many new revelations and insights into the Biden family's dealings.
To say Mr. Weiss’s appointment is an affront to the concept of justice is an understatement. But now, amid a flood of new details surrounding the Hunter Biden investigation, Mr. Weiss has some new problems. Among them, legal pushback from Hunter Biden’s lawyers and corroborating testimony from the former supervisory special FBI agent who worked with whistleblower Gary Shapley on the Hunter Biden investigation.

“The government has already said UFOs are real in some ways ... at least, the data is real,” said Garry Nolan, a professor at Stanford University and the founder of the SOL Foundation, a premier center for research on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP).
This month, a bipartisan group of lawmakers hosted a congressional hearing on UAP, formerly referred to as UFOs.
Witnesses testified about the threat to national security posed by potential incursions into U.S. airspace, while criticizing the Pentagon for shrouding many UAP documents in secrecy, according to an Epoch Times article.
“Don’t wait for Daddy Government to do something. Disclosure can come from the public. Waiting for the government to make up its mind is like waiting for them to, you know, refund your tax check. Don’t sit around waiting for it. Go out and do it yourself,” said Nolan.
In today’s episode, Nolan will explain how he became involved in UFO research and what he experienced during some of the unusual investigations.

Nolan is a Stanford professor in the Department of Pathology. He trained under Leonard Herzenberg for his doctorate and Nobel laureate David Baltimore for postdoctoral work. He has published over 350 research articles, holds 50 U.S. patents, and has been recognized as one of the top 25 inventors at Stanford University.
“The thing that angers me the most is when I see opportunity lost. Usually, what I tell students is, ‘If you know you’re right and you can see the steps to get there clearly, don’t let somebody else dissuade you. Don’t let them demoralize you. Just do it.’”
In addition to his research, Nolan has founded several biotechnology companies, two of which are currently trading on NASDAQ.
