I served 23 years in the Army, deploying throughout Africa, Southwest Asia, and Central America and was assigned to Germany and South Korea. I worked as Sergeant in the Department of Corrections, a workforce development specialist and technical trainer for the Department of Economic Development and was selected to serve as the Director of Veteran’s Services for the State of Missouri. I am currently working for a non-profit as a veteran’s employment coach and workshop coordinator. My undergraduate is a dual major, International Relations and Economics and hold a Master of Public Administration.
