I am a genuine heart-based intuitive coach and counsellor who wants to spread joy in order to navigate the inevitable drops in energy experienced during this great transition. I know what it feels like to experience the highs and lows of the awakening process as we move further into new levels of consciousness. I too have been on a wonderful rollercoaster of a journey these last several years and experienced great depths of despair and peaks of ecstatic joy. As I move forward the pendulum swings less dramatically however, I still experience moments where I feel confused, fearful or disconnected. I noticed the more that I ask for help during these lulls, the stronger and more resilient I become. I've started this channel to create a space to help each other with a BOOST OF JOY! ❤️
