Ukrainian Soldiers Fire Rocket Launchers in Kharkiv

Ukrainian soldiers fired multiple rocket systems on August 4, 2022, as fighting continued in the Kharkiv region. Video shot by Reuters showed soldiers preparing rockets in the area where several multiple rocket launcher systems are deployed. Ukraine, which has stepped up its drive to retake Russian-controlled regions in the south, said last week it saw evidence that Moscow was redeploying its forces to defend the captured territory. Russia holds swaths of Ukraine's south, but Kyiv has vowed to mount a major counter-offensive and used sophisticated western weapons to hit Russian supply lines.
