Debunking DEI: Military feeling "more divided than ever"

Washington Examiner spoke to a panel on how diversity, equity, and inclusion have been implemented into our everyday lives. Jason Greer, the Founder & President of Greer Consulting, Inc. and Diane Canada, the Founder of the Lady Up America APP get a chance to debunk DEI. A recent op-ed by an U.S. Air Force Academy cadet claimed the focus on DEI as a freshman is leaving her and others “feeling more divided than ever.” As a minority female she is now questioning her own acceptance into the program by these briefs that are “categorizing people as oppressors and victims based on skin color.” We ask our panel if DEI is having the opposite effect on those who it is trying to uplift.
