On a HST train from Helsinki to Tampere Jul 30, 2023.

The clip begins on the Finnish northern main line before Tikkurila where people get on board from the airport ring line with their holidays baggage. The IC train has 6 Finnish-built double-decker cars headed by an Sr3 (Siemens Vectron) engine, we're on the lower deck. We had been delayed by 15 mins due to a fault in closing one of the doors, we were doing around 190 km/h I should think. There was no GPS speed tracking on-line for the train until after Kerava. We then slow down due to some works limitations, so you can see some stages of the additional new track being built for the main line. After this we accelerate to around 200 km/h. We arrived in Tampere 6 minutes late, after which the train did 200 km/h +-2km/h for over an hour, but I was no longer on board when it arrived in Seinäjoki one minute early.
