'Poor planning decisions’: Lismore still haunted by 2022 flooding

Lismore residents are still haunted by the 2022 floods due to Australia’s poor housing and planning decisions, says Insurance Council of Australia CEO Andrew Hall. “What we need to do moving forward is first of all stop making those mistakes we’ve made in the past and then go back and fix up those mistakes that have been made, help those people get out of those situations,” Mr Hall told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood.
