An American nurse and her daughter kidnapped in Haiti two weeks ago while working for a Christian aid group are released. We will get State Department reaction. Ohio voters reject a ballot measure that would have made is harder to amend the state constitution, largely interpreted as a big win for abortion-rights supports.
