Doubts over whether gig economy reforms would actually be 'about protection'

Business Council of Australia Chief Executive Jennifer Westacott says she's not sure potential reforms to the gig economy would really be about protection. “If it was we’d be talking about insurance, we’d be taking about safety, we’re absolutely up for that conversation," Ms Westacott told Sky News Australia. "But once we start saying we want to put people on awards, I’m not sure that is about protection.”
