The people of Palestine continue to suffer the consequences of Hamas' decision to attack Israel on the 7th of October. This triggered a deadly retaliation by the Israeli Defence Force, killing and displacing thousands of civilians in the process. Voices against Israel's disregard for civilian life continue to grow here in South Africa. A diverse group of organisations in the Western Cape is marching in solidarity with Palestine this hour.
