Gun Battles on The Streets of Gaza

This footage shows both sides of the deadly street battles raging all over Gaza. Israel Defense Forces released this video of its soldiers fighting on the streets of Jabaliya, in northern Gaza. Meanwhile, Hamas’ military wing, Al-Qassam Brigades, released this montage of its fighters a few miles to the south, near Gaza City. The footage shows militants staging attacks from inside Hamas’ tunnel network. With access to Gaza heavily restricted, very few of these videos can be independently verified. But the footage suggests the war in Gaza may have become more ferocious in recent days. Their release may also indicate that both Israel and Hamas are intensifying their public relations campaigns. Israel says a ceasefire at this point would allow Hamas to regroup and rearm, and points out that Hamas is still holding Israeli hostages.
