Murderer ‘Crab Walks’ Up Prison Wall to Escape

Parts of Pennsylvania are in lockdown after a convicted killer ‘crab walked’ his way over prison walls. Brazilian national Danelo Cavalcante remains at large, despite a huge police search. He escaped just days after being sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for stabbing his girlfriend to death. Cavalcante has been on the run since last week, and has been spotted in the local area several times since then. Residents have been warned that he is dangerous, and to be vigilant at all times. Police have recently expanded their search, with armed patrols and assistance from helicopters. They’ve even started playing a recorded message from Cavalcante’s mother in Brazil urging him to surrender from patrol cars. Another felon apparently used the same route to escape from Chester County Prison just a few months ago.
