The Queen's final journey to London will take more than a week and there will be several stops along the way. As she passed away in Scotland, her coffin will lie to rest at St Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh. Members of the public will then be allowed to pay their respects, which will most likely occur on Monday. Her Majesty will then be flown to London and a procession is expected from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall where she will lay in state for about four days. After the funeral service at Westminster Abbey, Queen Elizabeth II will be taken on a final procession to Windsor Castle. When the Royal arrives at the castle, she will be laid to rest, next to her husband, Prince Philip.
