A Georgia man was killed after defending his mother’s home from an alleged egging prank on July 3. Authorities said 22-year-old Johnathan Gilbert, also known as Tyler Lane, was shot and killed after confronting three teenagers who were allegedly egging his mom’s home. Eighteen-year-old Sydney Maughon, 18-year-old Jeremy Munson, and 19-year-old McKenzie Davenport each stand accused of malice murder, battery, and criminal trespass.
