Gov. Mike DeWine (R-OH) vetoes a bill that would have prohibited transgender youth from getting gender-affirming care. It was passed by a Republican-controlled legislature. Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows (D) explains why she decided Thursday night to remove Donald Trump from the presidential primary ballot.
