Style and personality will be essential in Republican Primary: Mulvaney

US Presidential Primaries are won and lost primarily on style and personality, says former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney. “Everybody in the Republican Primary is a Republican by definition – most of their policies are going to be the same,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia host James Morrow. “If Ron DeSantis can convince people that he is a better candidate, more likely to win the Presidency than Donald Trump, then he has a chance.”
