Drone hits building in central Moscow

A drone hit a building under construction in central Moscow, the city’s mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, has said. The central district is 3 miles (5km) from the Kremlin. The Russian military downed two other drones over the western part of the Moscow region, the mayor said on his Telegram channel.
