California wildlife officials are looking to capture a female otter they say has shown aggressive behavior towards humans. RELATED: Why did the lizard cross the road? Creature navigates through traffic https://bit.ly/3rpL3Oe An otter at Cowell Beach in Santa Cruz, on the coast of central California, was showing signs of aggressive behavior toward surfers, KTVU in Oakland reported.
