A crucial seat: Parramatta electorate holds second highest number of renters

Parramatta is a crucial seat in the NSW state election as it houses the second-highest number of renters behind the Sydney electorate. The Liberal party is trying to hang on to their seat in Western Sydney but the territory has traditionally been a crucial part of any elected Premier's government which has led to Opposition leader Chris Minns sinking time and money into the electorate as the Liberals hold it by a slim 6.5 per cent.
