A 42-year-old woman was rescued by the crew of Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas ship after going overboard. RELATED: Curious dolphin pod playfully swims alongside paddleboarder https://tinyurl.com/2ma236u8 U.S. Coast Guard watchstanders at Sector San Juan received a report at around 5:45 p.m. that the 42-year-old woman had been rescued by the ship’s crew, spokesperson Ricardo Castrodad said in an emailed statement. The vessel was transiting about 27 nautical miles south of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic when the incident took place. “The passenger was recovered alive and reported to be in good health, after reportedly falling into the water from (the) 10th deck of the ship,” Castrodad said.
